Arthur Sainclair co-founded Sainclair Corp. in 2020, bringing with him a career built at the intersection of quantitative finance, technology, and strategic leadership. Educated at HEC Paris, MIT, and the London Business School, he has spent two decades developing expertise across leading global financial institutions.
His defining contribution to Sainclair is a model in which nearly 50% of the firm's capital is owned by employees — creating a culture of true alignment between the firm's success and the well-being of those who drive it.

Mathieu Lacore co-founded Sainclair Corp. in 2020, bringing extensive experience in international business development, alternative assets, and entrepreneurial leadership across multiple continents. As Non-Executive Chairman, he chairs the firm's supervisory board, providing independent governance oversight on behalf of investors and stakeholders.
His mandate is to ensure that Sainclair's strategic direction remains aligned with its founding principles — disciplined, ethical, and built for the long term — while maintaining the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility to the firm's clients.
